| Application | Dazomet is a high-efficiency, low-toxic, non-residue, environmentally friendly, broad-spectrum comprehensive soil fumigant. When applied to moist soil, it decomposes into toxic methyl isothiocyanate, formaldehyde and hydrogen sulfide in the soil, which quickly diffuses between soil particles, effectively killing various nematodes, pathogens, underground pests and germinating weed seeds in the soil, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning the soil. Dazomet belongs to the triazole fungicide, which exerts its fungicidal effect by interfering with the synthesis of fungal cell walls. Due to its low toxicity, high efficiency and long-term effect, it is widely used in crop disease prevention and control around the world. |
| Mode of action | Soil fumigants, methyl thioisothiocyanate nematicides, and also control fungi, underground pests and weeds, also known as must kill. The product decomposes in the soil to generate methylaminomethyl dithiocarbamate, and further generates methyl isothiocyanate. It can effectively control nematodes and soil fungi, such as damping-off bacteria, rhizoctonia, Fusarium, etc., and can also inhibit the growth of many weeds. | Usage | 1. Clean up the roots and stems remaining from the previous crop and apply base fertilizer to control the soil water content at about 50-60%, and the soil temperature is suitable for 12-18ºC. 2. the use of 25-40g cotton per square land, of which cucumber, bell pepper, pepper greenhouse drug amount is 20-25kg/ mu, tomato greenhouse drug amount is 25-30kg/ mu, strawberry greenhouse drug amount is 15-20kg/ mu. 3.
