Mancozeb(CAS: 8018-01-7) is a dithiocarbamate non-systemic agricultural fungicide with multi-site, protective action on contact.

Mancozeb is a broad spectrum contact fungicide with a protective action which belongs to the dithiocarbamates family of chemicals, which also includes maneb. Mancozeb is applied as a spray (aerial or ground) and is supplied as wettable powders which are mixed with water.
 

Mancozeb Applications:

Mancozeb is an ethylene bisdithiocarbamate protective fungicide which can inhibit pyruvic acid being oxidated so as to kill the Epiphany. It is used to protect many fruits, vegetables, and field crops against a wide spectrum of fungal diseases, including potato early and late blight, leaf spot, downy mildew, scab of apply by foliar spraying. It is also used for seed treatment of cotton, potato, corn, peanut, tomato, and cereal grain. Mancozeb is compatible with many systemic fungicides in order to increase the efficacy and prevent the development of resistant.

Mancozeb can control of many fungal diseases in a wide range of field crops, fruit, nuts, vegetables, ornamentals, etc.

Usage	Control of many fungal diseases in a wide range of field crops, fruit, nuts, vegetables, ornamentals, etc. More frequent uses include control of early and late blights (Phytophthora infestans and Alternaria solani) of potatoes and tomatoes; downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola) and black rot (Guignardia bidwellii) of vines; downy mildew (Pseudoperonospora cubensis) of cucurbits; scab (Venturia inaequalis) of apple; sigatoka (Mycosphaerella spp.) of banana and melanose (Diaporthe citri) of citrus. Typical application rates are 1500-2000 g/ha. Used for foliar application or as a seed treatment.
