Indole acetic acid used as a plant growth stimulating  and an analytical reagent. 3- and 3- indole indole acetic acid 3- indole ,  ascorbic acid and other natural auxin substances exist in nature, 3- precursor in the biosynthesis of indoleacetic acid is tryptophan.
