Mode of Action

Triazophos attacks the nerve system of insects and mites, causing paralysis within hours. The paralysis can not be reversed. Abamectin is active once eaten (stomach poison) although there is some contact activity. Maximum
mortality occurs in 3-4 days

Function

A broad spectrum0 insecticide and 0acaricide 0with0 some nematicidal properties. It controls 0Aphididae in cereals at 320-600 g AI (20% EC)/ha, in fruit at 75-125 g/100l. When incorporated at 1-2 kg AI (20% EC)/ha in the soil prior to planting, it controls Agrotis spp. and other cutworms. It can penetrate plant tissue, but has no systemic activity.
