Broad-Spectrum Herbicide&Weedicide Tebuthiuron 97% Tc 80% Wdg 46% Sc 20% Gr
Tebuthiuron is a nonselective, broad-spectrum herbicide used to control weeds, woody plants, and brush in non-cropland areas like rangelands, rights-of-way, and industrial sites. It's effective in controlling both herbaceous and woody vegetation, including common weeds like alfalfa and goldenrod. It's absorbed by the roots and transported to the leaves, where it inhibits photosynthesis, leading to plant death.

Application | Tebuthiuron is a broad-spectrum herbicide used to control weeds in non-cropland areas, rangelands, rights-of-way, and industrial sites. It is effective on woody and herbaceous plants in grasslands and sugar cane. Weeds that are controlled by tebuthiuron include alfalfa, bluegrasses, chickweed, clover, dock, goldenrod, mullein, etc. Woody plants take a period of 2 to 3 years to be completely controlled. Tebuthiuron is sprayed or spread dry on the soil surface, as granules or pellets, preferably just before or during the time of active weed growth. It is compatible with other herbicides. |
Mode Of Action | Systemic soil herbicide with low selectivity, absorbed mainly by the roots, with ready translocation. |
Uses | Broad-spectrum herbicide for control of herbaceous and woody plants (at 0.6-4.5 kg/ha), annual weeds (at 1.3-4.5 kg/ha), and many perennial grass and broad-leaved weeds (at 2.2-6.8 kg/ha). Uses include total control of vegetation in non-crop areas, undesirable woody plants in pastures and rangeland, and grass and broad-leaved weeds in sugar cane. |
